The Four Types of Fitness

When you think of exercise and fitness, what is the first thing that comes to mind? For me, it has always been running, probably because I marvel at folks who can hit the pavement and just go. Perhaps because it’s something that I’ve never been comfortable doing (the jarring impact is too much for my joints), or perhaps it’s the sleek runner’s body that I so jealously admire.
