Chocolate Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

Strawberry mixture

  • 1 pint Strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 tspn Coconut Sugar optional


Pudding directions

  • Mix all ingredients (except those in the strawberry mixture) in a blender until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into an airtight glass jar, and let the mixture gel overnight or for 8-10 hours.
  • Before serving divide pudding into two bowls. 

Strawberry mixture directions

  • Chop up strawberries. 
  • In a bowl mix together strawberries and sliced almonds.
  • Add coconut sugar and mix again (if desired for extra sweetness).
  • Spoon half of the strawberry mixture onto the top of each bowl of pudding.
