Instructions
Pudding directions
Mix all ingredients (except those in the strawberry mixture) in a blender until the mixture is smooth.
Pour into an airtight glass jar, and let the mixture gel overnight or for 8-10 hours.
Before serving divide pudding into two bowls.
Strawberry mixture directions
Chop up strawberries.
In a bowl mix together strawberries and sliced almonds.
Add coconut sugar and mix again (if desired for extra sweetness).
Spoon half of the strawberry mixture onto the top of each bowl of pudding.
