Instructions

  • Add water to a large pot and boil.
  • Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep until cooled (this make take a few hours).
  • Pour the water into a large jar or pitcher.
  • Add lime slices, strawberries, valerian root extract, and cinnamon (if desired) and gently mix.
  • Steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Serve with ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
