Spring Greening Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Spring is here! Who doesn’t want to feel lighter and brighter? This lean and green smoothie is refreshing and vegan, plus it is loaded with flavor. Lemon juice cuts through the greens to leave behind a clean and refreshing taste, while a granny smith apple adds a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 kale leaf
  • 1 granny smith apple, chopped
  • Ice to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients except ice to a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice to tastes. Makes one serving and lasts in the refrigerator for two days.
