Mix all ingredients in a glass jar, and let the flavors blend for at least one hour in the refrigerator. Pour over salad greens or fresh veggies, mix, and chow down!
Mix all ingredients in a plastic bottle. After shampooing and rinsing hair, pour the entire rinse over your scalp, avoiding contact with eyes. Leave in hair for 2-3 minutes, and rinse. For hair shorter than shoulder length, use half of the mixture.
