Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
Add the dates, walnuts, protein powder, and cocoa powder to a food processor and blend until everything is finely chopped.
Add the liquid ingredients and blend again until everything is smooth.
Spoon into 1-inch sized bonbons onto a cookie sheet with wax paper.
For the chocolate coating, add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until everything has melted into a smooth liquid.
Use a spoon to coat each bonbon with the chocolate coating, and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
Let the bonbons set in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
