Enjoy the nutritious benefits of beets, including fiber and potassium with this colorful smoothie bowl.

With its rich flavors and texture, this beet treat will become a new breakfast, lunch, and snack favorite.



Mix all ingredients except for the coconut in a blender until smooth. Stir before pouring to make sure there aren’t any unblended chunks stuck to the sides of the blender. Pour into a wide bowl and top with the shredded coconut, extra hemp hearts, and more pineapple chunks for a garnish if desired.

Makes 1-2 servings.
