Chocolate Coconut Protein Banana Boats Recipe

This nutritious take on the traditional banana split is sure to satisfy even the strongest sweet tooth!



In a blender, mix the yogurt, ice cubes, and Puritan’s Pride Daily Nutrition Shake. Peel and slice bananas in half, and fill with the yogurt mixture, about 1/2 cup per banana. Sprinkle the following onto each banana: 1/4 cup frozen berries, 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, and 1 tablespoon shredded coconut. Drizzle honey over the top of each banana, cut in half, and serve.

Makes 4 banana boats, or 8 servings. Each banana boat contains 18 grams of protein.
