Sparkling Lemon Lime Joint Soother Recipe

Ditch the daily soda habit and give this sparkling spritzer a try. With the clever addition of MSM powder, this refreshing drink balances tangy citrus juice with sweet stevia, while supporting joint health, mobility and comfort.*


  • 1 liter sparkling water
  • 3 teaspoons MSM Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia
  • Fresh juice from 1 lemon
  • Fresh juice from 1 ½ limes
  • Ice cubes to taste


In a large pitcher, mix the MSM Powder with the water until it has fully dissolved. Add stevia, lemon juice, and lime juice, then mix again. Serve with ice cubes.
