Coconut Berry Pea Protein Smoothie Recipe

Choosing the right protein powder is tricky, especially since there are so many options out there. Vegetarian-friendly pea protein has a neutral taste profile, and the amino acids profile of pea protein is similar to whey protein. Pea protein is a complete protein, meaning it contains all nine amino acids, including BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids).

This smoothie is bursting with juicy berry flavor, contains no added sugar, no artificial color or flavor, and with just two scoops of pea protein you will get 24 grams of protein.



Add all ingredients to a blender except for the ice, and blend. Add ice and blend again until it reaches a texture that you like.
