  • Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
  •  Drink 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.


Melatonin affects everyone differently. If you’ve never taken melatonin before, start with 1 mg in our smoothie and increase the dosage as needed, up to 10 mg.
