5 Cleansing Spring Mocktail Recipes

Birds are chirping, the days are longer…that can only mean one thing: spring! It’s that time of year where people are cleaning, cleansing, and wanting to lighten up all aspects of life. After a long day of spring cleaning, why not kick back with one of these cleansing and hydrating mocktails?

Pineapple Berry and Tart Cherry Mocktail 

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces coconut water
  • 8 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces tart cherry juice
  • ½ pound strawberries, stemmed
  • 3 tablespoons stevia 
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Ice (optional)

Directions

In a blender, blend the strawberries with the water until it is a smooth puree. Remove from blender and pour into a pitcher. Add coconut water, pineapple juice, tart cherry juice, and stevia. Stir all of the ingredients together and serve! Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint (optional). 

green mocktail

Simple Citrus Mocktail

Ingredients

Combine all ingredients except for the mint leaves in a shaker bottle, and shake until blended. Pour over ice and enjoy! 

Fresh Raspberry Lemon Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces lemonade
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon stevia 
  • 1 teaspoon crushed raspberries
  • Ice

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker jar with ice and shake until all ingredients are combined. 

Sweet Honey Tea Twister 

Ingredients

  • 1-ounce lemon juice 
  • ½ ounce honey 
  • 4 ounces black tea, cold 
  • Lemon slices for garnish 
  • Ice

Directions 

Mix all ingredients until honey dissolves and pour over ice. Serve with lemon slices as a garnish if desired.

grapefruit tonic drink

Simply Grapefruit Tonic 

Ingredients 

  • 1-ounce grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce agave nectar 
  • 4 ounces coconut water
  • Grapefruit for garnish 
  • Ice

Directions 

Mix all ingredients until agave nectar dissolves and pour over ice. Serve with sliced grapefruit slices as a garnish if desired. Makes two servings.
