Butternut Squash, Peeled, Seeded, and Chopped into 1-inch cubes

Coconut Oil
(Melted)

Cinnamon

Raw Honey
Salt and Pepper
(For Taste) (Optional)
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss squash in cinnamon and coconut oil until thoroughly coated.
Add honey, and mix until all pieces are covered.
Bake in a greased glass dish for 25-30 minutes until the squash is lightly browned.
Halfway into cook time, stir to avoid pieces sticking together.
Let cool and serve, and add salt and pepper if desired.
