Watermelon Blast Workout Smoothie

Prepping for a tough workout? This smoothie contains an energizing pre-workout and hydrating coconut water, which is a source of electrolytes like potassium and sodium. After enjoying the refreshing, thirst-quenching flavor of watermelon, you will be ready to conquer that session in the gym!

Ingredients:

1 cup ice

1 scoop Cellucor C4 Extreme Watermelon

1 tablespoon of cherry juice

2 mint leaves

1/2 cup seedless watermelon

1 cup coconut water

1 ml green tea extract

Directions:

Add all ingredients, except ice, to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice last and blend to taste.
