Tropical Protein Smoothie

Enjoy this delicious smoothie for breakfast and you’ll kick the day off with a nutritional serving of fruits and vegetables, plus a powerful punch of protein.

Makes one serving


2 scoops of protein powder in vanilla
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ banana
2 cups kale
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed


1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick or not cold enough add a few ice cubes and blend.
