Three Ingredient Mug Cake Recipe
This mug cake is perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack, and easily customizable to your tastes. With this easy, three-ingredient base, you can create even more recipes for variety.
1/4 cup milk (any kind)
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour
Mix all ingredients in a mug, and heat in the microwave for 40-60 seconds depending on your microwave. Avoid cooking for too long, because this will dry out the cake. Enjoy as is, or top with fresh fruits, berries, nuts, or even a drizzle of maple syrup!
