Strawberry Lime Relaxation Tea Recipe

Leave that stressful day behind, kick back on the hammock, and get ready to unwind with this restorative tea. With the savvy addition of valerian root extract which has been traditionally used to support relaxation, this fruity tea is sure to become a kitchen staple.**

6 cups water
3 green tea bags
1 lime, thinly sliced
8 large strawberries, halved
4 droppersful liquid valerian root extract
Dash cinnamon (optional)
Mint leaves (optional)

Add water to a large pot and boil. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep until cooled (this make take a few hours). Pour the water into a large jar or pitcher. Add lime slices, strawberries, valerian root extract, and cinnamon (if desired) and gently mix. Steep in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Makes 4 servings.

**Traditional use claims are based on historical or traditional practices. Valerian has a long history of use for relaxation and occasional sleeplessness dating back to traditional Greek medicine.
