Honey Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Butternut Squash, Peeled, Seeded, and Chopped into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil (Melted)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Raw Honey
  • Salt and Pepper (For Taste) (Optional)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, toss squash in cinnamon and coconut oil until thoroughly coated.
  • Add honey, and mix until all pieces are covered.
  • Bake in a greased glass dish for 25-30 minutes until the squash is lightly browned.
  • Halfway into cook time, stir to avoid pieces sticking together.
  • Let cool and serve, and add salt and pepper if desired.
