Puritan’s Pride Thanks Our Veterans

17-PP-1620-CX-SOCIAL-BLOG-VeteransDay Veteran’s Day is celebrated each year on November 11th to honor all who serve or have served in the United States Armed Forces. It’s a day to commemorate the great sacrifice our service members and their families make throughout the year and a wonderful reminder to thank them for their service.

The Puritan’s Pride team recognizes the important role veterans play in our community and continuously seeks opportunities to give back to these individuals who have given so much to us. This past summer, our associates rolled up their sleeves and spent a day with Habitat for Humanity, helping to build a forever home for a local disabled veteran.

It meant so much to our team to be able to come together and thank one of our hometown heroes who served on active duty in the United States Army for over twenty years. Additionally, our associates recently collected their leftover Halloween candy for our troops overseas as part of our partnership with Operation Gratitude. Over 75 pounds of candy was donated to our troops to boost their morale and remind them that we are thinking of them back home.

Puritan’s Pride proudly pays tribute to our veterans and active service members, and thanks them for their ongoing heroism and dedication!
