Papaya and Lemon Sunshine Tonic Recipe


16-pp-1657-social-tonic Feeling sluggish? This sweet, refreshing tonic contains stomach soothing papaya and aloe vera juice. Enjoy before or after any meal of the day.

Ingredients

½ cup papaya juice
¼ cup aloe vera juice
¼ cup lemon juice (about 1 fresh lemon squeezed)
2 teaspoons orange juice
1 teaspoon raw organic honey
½ cup cold water

Directions

Add all ingredients to a glass jar and stir until the honey is dissolved. Store the rest in an airtight container in the refrigerator, and consume within five days.

Makes 1-2 servings.
