No-Bake Coconut and Cacao Bites Recipe

These bites combine two of our favorite flavors for a sweet and satisfying snack that’s gluten-free, grain-free, paleo, and oh-so-good.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and knead with hands until the dough sticks together. Form into 1-inch balls, placing them in a single layer of a large, flat storage container. Seal the container and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill before serving.

Makes approximately 24 bites.
