No-Bake Chocolate Peppermint Bonbons Recipe

We have good news for those with a sweet tooth.

This scrumptious treat is chewy, decadent, and marries the irresistible combination of chocolate and peppermint. Top it off with a touch of sea salt, sweeten with dates and honey instead of refined sugar, and enjoy 3 grams of protein per bon-bon.

Directions

Add the dates, walnuts, protein powder, and cocoa powder to a food processor and blend until everything is finely chopped. Add the liquid ingredients and blend again until everything is smooth. Spoon into 1-inch sized bonbons onto a cookie sheet with wax paper.

For the chocolate coating, add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until everything has melted into a smooth liquid. Use a spoon to coat each bon-bon with the chocolate coating, and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.

Let the bonbons set in the refrigerator for one hour before serving. Makes 12 bonbons.
