Lemon and Honey Morning Elixir Recipe

17-PP-1111-SOCIAL-lemon Enjoy the detoxifying properties of lemons first thing in the morning while reaching your daily requirement for magnesium, a mineral necessary for cell formation and the regulation of calcium transport in the body.*


¼ teaspoon magnesium powder
1 teaspoon raw honey
3/4 cup water (warm or cold)
1 tablespoon Dynamic Health Coconut Vinegar
Juice from one lemon


Pour water into a glass and mix in lemon juice, coconut vinegar, and honey. Stir until the honey is mixed. Add the magnesium powder last and mix again until it has dissolved.

Makes 1 serving.
