Hearty Breakfast Bowl Recipe
Who doesn’t love a warm, comforting breakfast? This breakfast bowl is easy to make, and easily customized with the addition of your favorite spices and toppings.
1/2 cup oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon Triple Omega Seed Mix
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Combine oats and almond milk, and cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes (less if using instant oats). Add Triple Omega Seed Mix, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, and stir. Transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite berries and a drizzle of honey. Let cool before serving.
Makes 1 serving.
