Life’s a beach with this smoothie! A little bit of Greek yogurt adds a touch of thickness to give this smoothie the texture of a milkshake, while the fruits provide a healthy dose of Vitamin C.
Hawaiian Sunset Smoothie Recipe
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup papaya
2 clementines, peeled
1/4 cup fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 cup of ice
1 slice chopped starfruit (optional; for garnish)
Add almond milk, and all fruits to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add Greek yogurt and ice, and blend one more time, until the desired consistency is reached. Add more ice cubes if you want it to be a little colder. Add 1 piece of sliced starfruit to garnish (optional).
Makes 2 servings (about 3 cups).
