Hawaiian Sunset Smoothie Recipe

Life’s a beach with this smoothie! A little bit of Greek yogurt adds a touch of thickness to give this smoothie the texture of a milkshake, while the fruits provide a healthy dose of Vitamin C.

Hawaiian Sunset Smoothie Recipe

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup papaya
2 clementines, peeled
1/2 banana
1/4 cup fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 cup of ice
1 slice chopped starfruit (optional; for garnish)

Add almond milk, and all fruits to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add Greek yogurt and ice, and blend one more time, until the desired consistency is reached. Add more ice cubes if you want it to be a little colder. Add 1 piece of sliced starfruit to garnish (optional).

Makes 2 servings (about 3 cups).

Melon would be yummy to add to it. Looks tasty. Thanks for sharing. When it comes to blenders, my personal favorite is the Ninja Mega Kitchen System blender. Top of the line, fully loaded blender with many attachments to make cooking and blending easy. Easy to clean, sturdy, with sharp blades and safety mechanism.
