Green Goddess Smoothie Recipe:

1 cup almond milk

1/4 avocado

1 whole apple, cored and peeled

1 celery stick

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon chia seed

1 teaspoon cinnamon

6 ice cubes

    Kudos on the article re: substituting dried beans and quinoa for canned black beans and white rice. The smoothie sounds great too. Glad to see more than just supplements on your site.
