Fruit and Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl Recipe


Do you need to prepare an easy breakfast? Try out this easy smoothie bowl! Oatmeal provides more energy to start off the day and stays with me longer than fruit and yogurt alone. The result is a nutritious and tasty fruit and oatmeal combo.


1 cup ice cubes
1 cup fruit (berries, banana, or fruit of choice)
1 cup milk (I use 2%)
½ cup oats
½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt works great)
optional: 2 tablespoons flaxseed


Blend ice cubes and fruit in blender until the ice is crushed. Add oatmeal, milk, and yogurt. Pour into a bowl and add flaxseed to the top as a garnish if desired.

Makes 1-2 servings.

    Oatmeal is a perfect powder. I have been using it for over 2 years. I love having it for my breakfast. I will try this recipe
