Easy Orange Protein Ice Pops Recipe


Let your freezer do the work: this refreshing and delicious summer treat is bursting with the natural flavor of fresh oranges. An added bonus: these protein ice pops are easy to make!


2 oranges, peeled and divided
½ cup Greek yogurt or a dairy-free substitute (like So Delicious Coconut Yogurt)
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Myology Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder
6 pack ice pop molds


Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds, let freeze until firm, and enjoy! Makes six ice pops.

    just got diagnosed with DMT2, trying to exercise in the heat (90-98) florida. trying to pick foods that are good for drop in A1c.
    Any ideas?
