Double Berry Antioxidant Trail Mix Recipe


17-PP-1111-SOCIAL-berries Not too salty and not too sweet, this trail mix has just a touch of each to satisfy those pesky afternoon snack cravings.

Ingredients

8 oz dried cranberries
8 oz dried blueberries
8 oz Brazil nuts
8 oz honey roasted cashews
8 oz sunflower seeds

Directions

Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container.

Makes about 8 cups (16 servings).

    Which vitamin/mineral do you suggest for hands that cram up. Is it potassium and if so, which one. Thank you.
