Double Berry Antioxidant Trail Mix Recipe
Not too salty and not too sweet, this trail mix has just a touch of each to satisfy those pesky afternoon snack cravings.
8 oz dried cranberries
8 oz dried blueberries
8 oz Brazil nuts
8 oz honey roasted cashews
8 oz sunflower seeds
Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container.
Makes about 8 cups (16 servings).
