Chocolate Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

17-PP-1068-SOCIAL-chocstraw We’re giving you permission to eat dessert for breakfast with this decadent chia seed pudding. Chia seeds contain essential fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6 to support heart and skin health,  and they’re also a source of dietary fiber and protein.*

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
½ scoop Myology Deluxe Chocolate Protein Powder
2 tablespoons organic 100% pure maple syrup
¼ cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons Navitas Naturals Organic Cacao Powder
¼ tablespoon vanilla extract
Dash of Himalayan pink salt

Strawberry mixture:

1 pint strawberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup sliced almonds
½ teaspoon coconut sugar  (optional)

Mix all ingredients (except those in the strawberry mixture) in a blender until the mixture is smooth. Pour into an airtight glass jar, and let the mixture gel overnight or for 8-10 hours.

Strawberry mixture:

Before serving divide pudding into two bowls. Chop up strawberries and in a separate bowl, mix in the almonds. Add coconut sugar and mix again (if desired for extra sweetness). Spoon half of the strawberry mixture onto the top of each bowl of pudding.

Makes 2 servings.
