    There was much debate about the validity of Echinacea in the 90′s. Some people believed that it was just hype and it did not work. I remember taking Echinacea in the early 90′s and may be early 2000′s I would get bronchitis every year so I needed all the help that I could. It’s been possibly over 10 years since I have taken Echinacea and don’t see myself taking it anytime time in the future.
