1 cup cashew milk (or milk of your preference)
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen blackberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop Hair, Skin, and Nails Collagen Powder
1/4 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth. Sprinkle chia seeds on top for extra texture.
Makes 1-2 servings.
